Absolutely loved this place for breakfast. Sooo much choice and really, really reasonably priced. Friendly and fast service, clean and welcoming. This place is ideal for food choices all day and massively caters for healthy choices. This place deserved to be packed out but was surprisingly quiet...suited us for a nice quiet breakfast. I'd definitely seek out whilst in NYC midtown
Disgusting over fried French fries!
Charging more than supposed to.
For burger with fries (6.95) charged me almost $11 trying to explain me that it’s deluxe. What doesn’t stand on the menu. And even if, the price for “deluxe fries” is $2.
Be careful what you paying for.
And on the top of everything - rude!!!!
Talking to a client not to complain! Really?
Food Quality: only had the macaroon and coffee. It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst.
Service: Decent. There's no way to get to the register for people who use wheelchairs. I came in and asked if there was no way around, the server behind the food went back and forth to give me what I wanted for the transaction.
Payment: they accept almost all forms of payment. There is a $7 card minimum
Price: decent in relation to NYC prices. $3 per macaroon, $1.25 for small coffee.
Accessibility: you can enter the lower facility but not to the register because of the stairs. Was disappointed to see a very modern design but not universal. Segregation is easily achieved for disabled and abled bodied customers. There's actually two stair cases to three separate platforms.
This store is extremely expensive. Staff at check out extremely rude no politeness or manners. All you hear is “NEXT” with no please or thank you when pay. Owner should discipline his staff and train them to have some respect for customers coming in buying. They run specials in the beginning and then when they have enough customers Jack the prices. How greedy. Food is nice but not something I would do.
I went in there today and ordered my sandwich a Chicken Philly. They never asked me, "roll or hero". I always get a role and the menu
board infront of the counter states Chicken Philly $7.95. Several times I have got this and the chef usually puts $7.99
on the outside. I have asked the chef to correct it before I check out and he has changed but sometimes I had to tell
the checkout manager the correct price as he charges what's marked on the packing in the past. Today there was a different
chefs and after ordering and waiting, the chef gave my sandwich to another customer who had ordered after me and went and
paid for it and then was about to sit down and have it for lunch. I told the chef when he said to me "what can I get you", I said
" I already ordered and I ordered a Chicken Philly". He then realized he gave it to the other customer and went down and took
it off the customer and brought it back and handed it to me. I was not impressed at all because of COVID. I don't know the customer
or anything about them and for all I know they could have COVID and no symptoms. When I took it to the counter to pay for it, the manager
said "$9.99" I said "that should be $7.95". He said "herors are $9.99". I told him "I didn't order a hero, I order the roll which cost $7.95". He again
tried to charger $9.99 and I said I didn't order that. He then took it away and I went to try and order the correct one, Chicken Philly on a roll. He came over and stopped the chef and said "sorry I don't want to serve you, go eat somewhere else". I told him it wasn't my fault and I wanted to speak to the manager that it clearly states on the menu board $7.95. He then said "you are always complaining about the wrong price, go somewhere else if you don't like it". He refused to correct the mistake. I told him that was false advertisement and if it said $9.99 I don't mind paying but it doesn't say that. He ignored me again and just told me to leave.
Really great place! Everyone is soo kind and helpful. They also have affordable prices.
